We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in the schedule below. Please note these are guidelines only and may be affected by payment authorization, stock availability, or other factors beyond our control.

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with courier tracking details.

During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, shipping delays are common. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Customs duties & import charges

All domestic and international orders are shipped from Denmark.

Customs duties and import tariffs are not included in the item price or shipping costs. For international orders outside the EU, any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a carrier applies additional charges beyond customs and import tariffs, please contact our customer support team for reimbursement. Please note that if you decline to pay these charges at delivery, REC Watches ApS must cover the cost to return the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee.

Incorrect Delivery Address & Rerouting

When placing an order, the shipping address provided is assumed to be correct, complete, and verified.

If additional shipping is required due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the destination is changed after dispatch, you may be responsible for the associated costs. These may be charged as a rerouting surcharge or deducted from any refund in the event of a return.

 
 

Insurance, Delivery & Claims

REC Watches ApS insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. Orders shipped via courier require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment transfers to you.

If you designate another recipient, their signature will be accepted as valid proof of delivery and fulfillment by REC Watches ApS.

Damage in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and no later than 7 days after delivery. A written description and supporting photo will be required. We will arrange either a replacement or repair.

Lost in Transit

For lost shipments, no action can be taken until the carrier’s investigation is complete. All watch shipments are insured, and any shipment declared lost by the carrier will be replaced.

 
 

Pre-order Fulfillment

Pre-orders allow you to secure upcoming releases before they are in stock.

Each pre-order includes an estimated delivery window shown on the product page. Because items are still in production and subject to manufacturing and quality control processes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We will always strive to provide the most accurate information possible and notify you by email if the expected delivery window changes.

Once your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will aim to ship them together. For long pre-order lead times, we may contact you to confirm whether you prefer partial shipments.
